Q: How soon can we get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

We will reply to you within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry on working days.
Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, and we have our own international sales department. So we can produce and sell all by ourselves.
Q: Can you make customized products?

Yes, we can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
Q: How does your company guarantee product quality?

We will inspect each process. For the finished products, we will inspect according to the customers’ requirements and the international standard.
Q: What is the payment method?

When we give you the quotation, we will confirm the trading method with you, such as FOB, CIF, CNF, etc. Bulk goods need to pay 30% in advance and pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. The usual method of payment is telegraphic transfer, but a letter of credit is also acceptable.
