Coated Rubber Magnet
Rubber coated magnet
Rubber-coated magnets mainly consist of permanent magnets, steel backplates, and rubber parts. Similar to can magnets, coated magnets have a stronger suction force than ordinary magnets of the same size. With a rubber coating, the friction between the contact surfaces increases significantly, which also provides better shear forces. In addition, the rubber protects the contact surface from scratching. In the case of securing something firmly to a beautiful and elegant surface, the TPV rubber coating acts as a protective layer, effectively preventing the magnet from coming into direct contact with the delicate surface, thus reducing the risk of unsightly scratches.
